A collaborative process

Good stories start with a conversation.

We start with the people you need to reach and what they should understand about your business. That guides the story, interview questions, and moments we plan to capture.

Whether we are preparing an executive for an interview or coordinating around an event agenda, we keep your team involved and the process clear.

Real people.
Moments that happen once.

Our work at university commencement ceremonies includes graduate interviews, ceremony b-roll, and event coverage. It calls for thoughtful questions, attention to the schedule, and readiness for moments that cannot be repeated.

We bring that same approach to corporate events and interviews: help people feel comfortable, follow the story, and capture the details that give it context.

Prepare together

Align the message, interview participants, event schedule, and filming priorities before the shoot.

Make room for the real moments

Guide natural conversations while capturing the activity, setting, and key moments around them.

Bring the story into focus

Connect interviews and supporting footage into a clear story, with your team’s feedback along the way.

Plan for where it will live

One story. The right expression for each audience.

A company website, sales presentation, event recap, or internal update each needs a different cut. We plan the agreed lengths, framing, captions, and calls to action around how your business will use the video.

Your proposal defines filming requirements, deliverables, review rounds, usage needs, and timing. Supporting LinkedIn clips and additional formats can be included from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Planning your video

Do we need a finished script before we start?

No. Start with your goal, audience, and the message you want to communicate. We can help develop the concept, script, or interview direction as part of the agreed scope.

Can event coverage include interviews and a recap?

Yes. We can plan participant interviews, key event moments, and supporting b-roll together. We agree on the agenda, access, filming priorities, and final edits in advance so the coverage supports the story you want to tell.

How are the production scope and budget determined?

The concept, filming locations, participants, production requirements, final formats, and review process all influence the scope. We define these with you in a proposal before work begins.

Can you work with footage we already have?

Yes. Our Video Editing service starts with a review of your existing footage, audio, brand assets, and intended outcome. If new material is needed, we can discuss it as part of the project.
